Engaging with Oklahomans and the World
Oklahoma State University faculty, staff and students are committed to learning the needs and aspirations of the people of our state and beyond. Serving the public by reciprocally sharing talent and knowledge for the greater good is one of the tenets of Oklahoma State University’s historic land-grant mission. OSU Extension, community engagement and outreach efforts take many forms and cross all disciplines. Whether it’s the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service and Agricultural Experiment Station systems, or efforts such as fire safety training, executive business training, nutrition and health programs, services and distance learning, Oklahoma State University takes its calling to serve and engage with Oklahoma and the world seriously.
